I loved the hotel's perfect location in the old town of Zurich and the fantastic views from the rooftop terrace. The rooms were carefully designed and had all the comforts I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the room size was smaller than expected.

The hotel had very large and comfortable rooms with a huge, very comfortable bed, a lovely hot shower with Aesop toiletries, but was missing some basic amenities like hot drink making facilities and Swiss to UK adaptors.
